Chatbots are playing a pivotal role in revolutionising client interactions by removing manual efforts, enhancing website engagement, and boosting growth. The challenge though is - not every entrepreneur has the technical expertise, and not everyone can afford to hire a dedicated tech team to build a chatbot for their business. The aim was to create a chatbot builder that can help businesses of every scale boost their customer engagement, capture high-quality leads, and increase conversions. We also wanted to ensure that all entrepreneurs irrespective of their tech-savviness are able to use this platform to build a customised chatbot for their business.

Challenges
There are many no-code chatbot builders today but most of them are not easy to use. But in the existing chatbot builders, the challenges were many. These include limited customization options, potential scalability issues, dependence on platform features, integration complexities, a learning curve, restricted access to underlying code, reliance on vendor updates, and concerns about security and compliance. Additionally, most chatbot builders can only be trained on text data. With BuildChatbot. AI wanted to create a chatbot builder that can be easily used by non-tech users and can be autotrained on audio and video data too. A chatbot builder like this did not exist and we had to start from a blank slate.
