In 2020, amidst the pandemic, businesses faced challenges in managing their field forces and servicing customers as they did before. The founders of Fieldy, coming from a strong entrepreneurial background, identified gaps in field service management and aimed to democratise field force management software across businesses. Their goal was to develop an all-in-one, affordable field service management software that could efficiently manage field forces for home and commercial service enterprises.

The client's mission was to address these gaps and make field force service management accessible to businesses of all sizes.
