Project Background

Our customer is one of the big giants in the event management industry and has faced multiple challenges in conducting significant events. They've struggled with multiple platforms to host, operate, and manage every event. Instead, our customer wants to build an application that encompasses every aspect of their operations on a single platform. The scope of the project is to build an enterprise-level event management application to handle the different functionalities of the event.

Conducting and managing events has always been easier said than done. From the pre-event registration process to post-event reporting and analytics, our client has leveraged numerous platforms, which resulted in a time-sensitive and resource-intensive workflow that hindered the customer experience. The client had to manually check in, and check out the attendees and print their registration tickets, resulting in long wait times. The client wants to build a simple, easy-to-use, yet interactive event management system that comprehends the entire event lifecycle.
