Project Background

Our customer is one of the big giants in the event management industry and has faced multiple challenges in conducting significant events. They've struggled with multiple platforms to host, operate, and manage every event. Instead, our customer wants to build an application that encompasses every aspect of their operations on a single platform. The scope of the project is to build an enterprise-level event management application to handle the different functionalities of the event.

The client had to manually check in, and check out the attendees and print their registration tickets, resulting in long wait times. The client wants to build a simple, easy-to-use, yet interactive event management system that comprehends the entire event lifecycle.

    Developed a user-friendly platform for event planning, scheduling, ticketing, and attendee registration using a no-code website builder and registration forms.

  • Automated Ticketing and Payment Integration

    Enabled automatic ticket delivery via email or WhatsApp and integrated various payment gateways for secure online transactions.

  • On-Site Check-In/Out and QR Scanner System

    Integrated the app with a label printer for ticket printing and implemented a web-based QR scanner for contactless on-site check-ins and outs.

  • Configurable Registration Forms and Event Promotion

    Offered dynamic registration forms, landing page population, marketing campaign features, and event website publishing.

  • Centralized Dashboard and Analytics

    Built an enterprise-level application with a centralized dashboard for accessing complete report analytics, including ticket sales and attendee data.

  • Personalized Messaging and CRM Integration
